Well you are what you eat so yo...What should I eat? Well you are what you eat so you better eat healthy if you want to live healthy. There have been a lot of health shows on PBS lately, so it was cool to find a local Certified Clinical Nutritionist named Cheri Soraparu. There really is a lot to learn about food so it was really cool that I met someone who offered nutrition classes and so much more, just look at her credentials. One of the most important things I learned is how important a balanced diet is. Look at the current food pyramid. The body needs a nutritious diet to run properly. When you barrage your body constantly with processed and unhealthy food all kinds of health issues can arise. Our bodies have a detox system constantly running and the less it has to work the better off you are. So you should eat flaxseed, fish oil in one form or another, and organic meats, fruits and veggies and basically just eat a balanced diet.
